INFORMATION
This is a pre-entry event and NO race day entries are accepted. Pre-entries close on 1 October 2011.
Late entries will be accepted on Friday 7 October 2011 from 18:00 till 20:00 at the Heather Park
Superspar. Registration to collect their race numbers and timing chip will take place on Saturday 8
October 2011 from 05:30 till 06:45 for 21.1km and10km. The 4km fun run can enter on race day and
no pre-entries are accepted for this race. Entries for 4km are accepted on 8 October 2011 till 08:45.
Start/Finish: Heather Park Superspar, George. Drinking stations shall be provided at every
3km intervals or more frequently if weather conditions warrant such provision. Powerade shall be
available at the finish. Distance markers will be placed at every kilometer. First aid is available at
the start and finish. Ablution facilities will be available at Heather Park Superspar.
All runners are required to wear an IPICO timing chip on their shoe during the race. The timing chip is
available only on a loan basis. All timing chips needs to be given back after the race in exchange for a
medal. Athletes will be held responsible for lost or damaged chips. If you cannot finish the race it is
your responsibility to hand back the timing chip to the race organisers.

No animals or racers (push-cart / buggy) allowed or earphones allowed.
